The Frank Ocean concert last night was mind blowing, to say the least. He left me in tears during ‘By Your Side’, and in awe during ‘Summer Remains’. Odd Future made an appearance, which was lovely. I’ve gained a new respect for the love they have for each other. They are truly great people. So many emotions were pulled out of me that night. So much love was shared.
In other news, I’m leaving for Guyana tonight. I’ve been anxiously anticipating this trip for the entire summer. Feeling nervous is nothing new to me, so I know how to handle it. Hopefully amazing things will come from the experience. Things that I can share with my friends and family, as well as the higher-ups at Stony Brook that I will have to report to upon my return.

Frank is an inspirational human being. I don’t know him, but I love him. Terminal 5 can’t come any faster. Greatness in the flesh. Just, wow.
